What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years handling commercial real estate and asset-based loan closings
- Drafting Expertise: Proficient in preparing loan documents such as Notes, Mortgages, Loan and Security Agreements, and revolving/term loan agreements
- Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of title issues, certificates of occupancy, surveys, and related real estate legal matters
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
