What You Bring:

• 4–7 years of experience in hotel convention services, catering, or operations.
• 2–4 years of senior-level leadership experience managing a team in a convention or event services role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior experience with Delphi and working in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
