An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced and visionary Director of Convention Services to lead a high-performing team in delivering luxury-level events and seamless group experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at collaboration, and is passionate about service excellence. What You Bring:
- 4–7 years of experience in hotel convention services, catering, or operations.
- 2–4 years of senior-level leadership experience managing a team in a convention or event services role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience with Delphi and working in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
