We are a high-energy Nashville Restaurant Group seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Beverage Manager who is looking to grow their career. If you are an experienced Bar Manager with a people-first attitude, knowledge of tequila and other spirits, and have managed bar operations in the past, we'd like you to consider joining our successful and growing organization today!

Beverage Manager Benefits:

Beverage Manager Requirements:

  • Must be a people-centric leader
  • 2 to 3 years experience as a bar manager
  • A mix of corporate and independent restaurant experience is preferred
  • Superior tequila and spirits knowledge and background in craft cocktails
  • History of ordering, storing, and inventory of beverage
  • Experience in an upscale casual to the upscale environment is a plus
  • Self-motivated and focused on professional growth

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manages all bar and beverage operations
  • Verifies that all opening and closing checklists for the bar team are completed
  • Trains, develops, mentors bar staff
  • Trains service staff regarding service and beverage knowledge
  • Holds bar team members accountable for standards and policies
