Assistant General Manager – Michelin-Recognized Restaurant Group | $80K+ Range

We're excited to partner with a Michelin Guide-featured restaurant group in Buckhead that’s expanding rapidly and seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager to help lead the charge. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in upscale, high-volume environments, and know how to elevate both service and team performance, this is your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
Lead and manage staff scheduling, floor supervision, and guest satisfaction
Partner closely with the GM to ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation
Uphold and enforce standards, implement systems, and drive accountability
Maintain strong cost controls across labor and operations
Act decisively and positively when challenges arise—be the solution

What You Bring:

3+ years of AGM or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants
Experience managing $5M+ in annual sales
A leadership style rooted in culture, structure, and team development
Passion for great food, hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences
Ownership mentality and strong floor presence
High energy, a positive attitude, and ideas that drive improvement
