Assistant General Manager – Michelin-Recognized Restaurant Group | $80K+ Range
We're excited to partner with a Michelin Guide-featured restaurant group in Buckhead that’s expanding rapidly and seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager to help lead the charge. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in upscale, high-volume environments, and know how to elevate both service and team performance, this is your next big move.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
- Lead and manage staff scheduling, floor supervision, and guest satisfaction
- Partner closely with the GM to ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation
- Uphold and enforce standards, implement systems, and drive accountability
- Maintain strong cost controls across labor and operations
- Act decisively and positively when challenges arise—be the solution
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of AGM or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants
- Experience managing $5M+ in annual sales
- A leadership style rooted in culture, structure, and team development
- Passion for great food, hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences
- Ownership mentality and strong floor presence
- High energy, a positive attitude, and ideas that drive improvement
