Kitchen Manager – Steakhouse Leadership. Precision Execution. Butchery Expertise.
We’re hiring a hands-on Kitchen Manager with experience in a steakhouse and a strong background in butchering to lead a high-volume, scratch kitchen. If you know how to break down proteins, control costs, and drive a team to execute flawlessly, this is your shot to run the line—and the back of house—with confidence and control.

What You’ll Do:
- Run the Kitchen – Lead all aspects of back-of-house operations in a high-volume steakhouse
- Butchering Expertise – Oversee all protein fabrication to ensure quality and yield
- Train & Develop – Build a disciplined, results-driven kitchen crew
- Control the Numbers – Own food cost, labor cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
- Enforce Standards – Deliver consistency, cleanliness, and quality in every service
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in a Kitchen Manager or Chef role within a high-volume steakhouse
- Culinary Degree required
- Expert-level butchering and meat fabrication experience
- Strong leadership with a focus on accountability, training, and team culture
- Deep understanding of P&L, food/labor costing, and kitchen systems
- ServSafe Manager Certification required
