Construction Litigation Associate Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of construction litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Advise clients on construction law matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal services.

Construction Litigation Associate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in construction litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Admission to the FL State Bar.
