  • Relevant certifications (HVAC, Fire Safety Director, etc.) strongly preferred

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering and maintenance department, including all guest rooms, public areas, building systems, and back-of-house
  • Lead and manage the preventative maintenance program for all systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire/life safety, and mechanical
  • Supervise and train engineering team members and ensure proper scheduling, task assignments, and professional development
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and oversee contractor performance for major systems and repairs
  • Ensure all maintenance operations are in compliance with local regulations and safety standards
  • Spearhead energy management initiatives, monitor utilities usage, and lead cost-saving strategies
