We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Sous Chef to bring their culinary passion and people-first leadership to our thriving team in Phoenix. You’ll work side-by-side with the Executive Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen, drive excellence, and deliver incredible dining experiences. If you love the rush of service, take pride in training teams, and thrive in a scratch kitchen—this is your next great opportunity.
What You’ll Own:
- Running the show alongside the Executive Chef
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the kitchen crew
- Managing ordering, scheduling, and inventory like a pro
- Owning butcher prep and portion control
- Keeping the kitchen spotless, organized, and energized
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in high-volume, full-service kitchen leadership
- A calm, confident presence and a passion for people
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bonus points for scratch kitchen or butchering experience
