We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
- Maintain high standards of food, service, and ambiance
- Manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Foster a positive work culture and uphold brand standards
General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in fine dining
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive performance and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale service standards
- The ability to build strong relationships with our clients and our community
