Our rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Welding Supervisor. If you’re a driven individual with a keen eye for details and a passion for ensuring seamless production processes, we want you on our team!

Welding Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing with Precision Welding knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for shop use
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to lead a team of 10-20 welders/fabricators and polishers.
- Hands-on leadership required with strong communication skills.
- This team makes precision Glove boxes and related products.
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations
- Knowledge of Glove boxes, Food industry products or Medical supply fabrication is needed.
