Are you a seasoned restaurant leader ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee a high-performing team across a network of fast-paced restaurants in Maine.

This is a strategic, people-first leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences across the region. If you thrive on accountability, culture-building, and driving results — we want to talk to you.


💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations for QSR locations across Maine
  • Manage and mentor a team of District Managers and support staff
  • Ensure operational excellence in service, food quality, speed, and cleanliness
  • Drive sales, profitability, labor management, and cost control
  • Review P&L's, identify trends, and implement action plans
  • Champion hiring, development, and succession planning
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Align local execution with national brand objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership (QSR or fast casual preferred)
  • Prior experience with major QSR brands is highly valued
  • Strong financial acumen and operational strategy background
  • Proven leadership in building and sustaining top-performing teams
  • Clear, confident communicator with a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Maine and travel regionally
