We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple locations of our family-owned fast food franchise. Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost control and strategic planning.
  • Develop and mentor restaurant managers to enhance leadership and performance.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, guest service, and operational execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with ownership on business strategies and long-term growth initiatives.

Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in the QSR or fast-casual segment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control.
  • Ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
