We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple locations of our family-owned fast food franchise. Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Lead and support multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost control and strategic planning.
Develop and mentor restaurant managers to enhance leadership and performance.
Maintain high standards in food quality, guest service, and operational execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with ownership on business strategies and long-term growth initiatives.

Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in the QSR or fast-casual segment.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control.
Ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiencies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
