We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Relations Manager to join a dynamic and service-oriented team at a luxury hospitality destination. This is a high-impact, on-site role focused on strengthening workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and ensuring legal compliance through best-in-class HR practices.
Manager – HR Relations Benefits and Compensation:

Manager – HR Relations Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a concentration in employee relations
- Proficiency in HR systems such as UKG and other HRIS platforms.
- SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred
- Lead investigations into workplace complaints, policy violations, and conflict resolution matters
- Advise leadership on corrective action, performance management, and legal compliance regarding terminations, harassment claims, and employment practices
This role plays a vital part in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and productive workplace while supporting resort-wide training programs, managing HR systems, and coaching department leaders.
