We're seeking a dynamic and detail-driven General Manager to oversee operations at an upscale, studio in Brooklyn. Requirements
- 3–7 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end salon/spa environments
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, artist support, and front-of-house excellence
- Weekend availability and flexibility to be on-site
- Strong customer service instincts, ability to resolve escalated issues with grace and discretion
Qualifications
- Highly organized, systems-oriented, and confident, managing multiple priorities independently
- Clear, proactive communicator with high emotional intelligence and team-first mentality
- Able to train, mentor, and hold staff accountable while nurturing culture and morale
