Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to work a raw bar, including oyster shucking and sashimi preparation
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of sushi-grade seafood, knife skills, and traditional sushi preparation
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, especially for raw seafood
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative flair and attention to detail in plating and presentation
