Talented Executive Chef Wanted for High-End Dining Concept in the French Quarter!

A renowned hospitality group in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at one of their flagship restaurants located in the heart of the vibrant French Quarter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who lives and breathes New Orleans cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership, including prior Executive Chef experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operations (minimum $7M in annual revenue)
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring kitchen staff, along with a flair for innovative, seasonal menu development
  • Solid understanding of financials, cost control, and labor management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required; a degree in Culinary Arts is a major plus
  • Comfortable with food and beverage management systems and inventory software
