Accounting specialist needed for a Nationwide Restaurant group. Do you possess expertise in accounting processes, accounts payable, and payroll? Please send your resume today!
Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely recording of business transactions
- Manage tax filings and licensing to meet deadlines
- Record keeping for fixed asset ledgers
- Analyze and audit Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules
- Prepare and process fortnightly payroll (PaychexFlex)
- Other duties as required
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- CPA a plus (but not required)
- Hospitality experience – restaurant preferred
- Proficient in Excel, R365, Paychex Flex, OData, and Power Query
