- 2-4 years restaurant management with majority in casual dining with full service bar
- Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
- Leadership: High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
- People-First Mentality: A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to delegate with good follow through
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedures
General Manager Requirements:
- Implement systems and processes to drive operational excellence
- Increase sales with an entrepreneurial and guest-focused approach
- Able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours
- Strict adherence to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
- Able to hear guests’ or staffs’ needs in the midst of loud background noises.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier talent
- Utilize training tools to ensure your team is confident and successful
