Experienced Sous Chef needed for a high-volume scratch kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established restaurant that offers excellent benefits and strong opportunities for growth.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
- Maintain high standards for food quality and service
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and compliant with all health and safety regulations
- Assist with food ordering and managing food and labor costs
- Create and manage staff schedules
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an upscale-casual kitchen
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Committed to upholding quality standards
- Strong, hands-on leadership approach
