Nationwide restaurant retail store looking for a hands-on Manager who enjoys working with their team!
Junior Buyer Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire supply chain, including forecasting and inventory management
- Directly monitors, assesses market condition and makes recommendations for savings
- Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices
Junior Buyer Qualifications:
- 3+ years of purchasing experience in a food-first industry
- Must be experienced in the entire supply chain
- Background in pricing, sourcing, marketing, negotiating, merchandising, inventory control, and logistics
- Strong understanding of store operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Junior Buyer Benefits:
- Salary $60k to 70k depending on qualifications
