Employee Relations Manager Duties/Skill:

Implement hiring strategy, posting job openings, sourcing, and recruiting candidates, interviewing, budgeting, and job offers
Assist with HR duties such as employee relations, coaching, background checks, and employee claims
Benefits knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, FMLA, 401K, and workman's comp required
General assistant with recruiting and benefits of up to 500 employees preferred
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees
Recommend and implement new benefits programs. Examine plan designs and benefit-cost changes
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating new programs, new services, and new ideas
