Employee Relations Manager Compensation/Benefits

Employee Relations Manager Duties/Skill:

  • Implement hiring strategy, posting job openings, sourcing, and recruiting candidates, interviewing, budgeting, and job offers
  • Assist with HR duties such as employee relations, coaching, background checks, and employee claims
  • Benefits knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, FMLA, 401K, and workman's comp required
  • General assistant with recruiting and benefits of up to 500 employees preferred
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees 
  • Recommend and implement new benefits programs. Examine plan designs and benefit-cost changes
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when evaluating new programs, new services, and new ideas
