Kitchen Manager Competencies:

  • Scratch kitchen background
  • Ensure food quality is high and consistent on a daily basis
  • Keep food and labor cost at budgeted levels
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible for and maintain SIDA badge required to work in the airport
  • Must maintain applicable state health and alcohol compliance card
