Kitchen Manager Competencies:
- Scratch kitchen background
- Ensure food quality is high and consistent on a daily basis
- Keep food and labor cost at budgeted levels
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Must be eligible for and maintain SIDA badge required to work in the airport
- Must maintain applicable state health and alcohol compliance card
