Our client is seeking an experienced Business Paralegal to support a team of attorneys within a NYC legal firm. If you have 3–5 years of paralegal experience with a focus on business-based immigration and PERM experience

Business Paralegal Benefits:

  • 60-70K Salary range
  • 5 personal days

Business Paralegal Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of business-based immigration experience
  • Experience with H visas and PERM process
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Must be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision
  • Must be proficient in Google Drive, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Business Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ongoing Client and Partner Communication
  • Entry of relevant legal information into the database
  • Support 3 Partners with immigration case assistance and research
  • Request necessary information and documentation from clients via email, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Review cases for completeness, ensuring all required documents and information are provided.
  • Prepare final cases for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
