We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Assistant Kitchen Manager with scratch-kitchen experience. A leader, coach, and developer of people. Growing and developing the team is the number one priority in this polished $5 million restaurant. Proven leadership is a must!

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

•  Have a passion for developing your team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards

•  Have impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff

•  Making sure you support your team in providing an exceptional guest experience

•  P&L and Inventory Management experience a plus

•  A minimum of 3 years of scratch-kitchen experience within a high volume establishment
