Head Chef Responsibilities:

Entrepreneurial – increase current steady busy with new menu items and sources of business
Menu development and creation, work and develop the wedding business
Mentor and develop a team of perhaps kitchen staff – who are eager to learn and grow
Adhere to budgets – both in set up costs as well as labor and food cost

Head Chef Qualifications:

Never-ending supply of positivity, energy, and a can-do attitude
Previous experience with game meat – the wild west food
Culinary degree
Opening experience
A 2-year commitment to see the restaurant through opening and success
