Kitchen Manager: Qualifications and Job Duties
Must be able to thrive in a high-volume environment
A minimum of five years of experience managing a team in a full-service restaurant.
Strong understanding of food cost and labor cost controls
Ability to manage the daily kitchen operations and team
Develop talent through training and coaching, along with reviews and accountability.
Deliver service excellence to guests with every encounter
