WHO ARE WE?

We’re bringing an exciting new social eatertainment concept to life—a high-energy venue that blends top-tier hospitality, engaging social experiences, and a fresh, vibrant atmosphere. With 21,000 square feet of dynamic event space, craft cocktails, and chef-driven food, we’re redefining entertainment in a way that’s both competitive and communal. If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we want you to be part of our launch team!

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We’re looking for a motivated Event Sales Manager to drive group sales, manage inbound leads, and create extraordinary experiences for corporate and social events. You’ll play a key role in growing our event business, working closely with clients to craft unique experiences while maximizing revenue. If you excel at building relationships, love the thrill of closing deals, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role has four (4) key areas of responsibility:

1. Drive Event Sales and Exceed Goals

  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads, converting them into contracted events.
  • Proactively engage with local businesses, social groups, and event planners to promote our venue.
  • Own your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Upsell premium food and beverage packages to enhance the guest experience.

2. Create Memorable Events

  • Coordinate event details, ensuring seamless execution from booking to final cheers.
  • Work with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, handling requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and drive repeat business.

3. Build Long-Term Client Relationships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat bookings.
  • Act as the trusted go-to expert for event planning and coordination.
  • Represent our brand at networking events, community gatherings, and industry meetups.

4. Stay Ahead of the Game

  • Use CRM tools to track sales performance and optimize your workflow.
  • Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (experience with TripleSeat is a plus).
  • Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commission structure.
  • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • PTO: Paid time off for rest and relaxation.
  • Career Growth: High-growth promotional opportunities in an expanding company.
  • Team Culture: Regular social events and an incredible work environment.

If this opportunity excites you, we’d love to hear from you! Submit your resume today and become part of a groundbreaking new concept that’s set to change the game in eatertainment.
