Our luxury continuing care facility seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to drive outstanding performance and excellence.

Food and Beverage Director Qualifications:

·       Able to create and drive internal marketing efforts and ensure a flow of delightful offerings

·       Able to ensure high guest satisfaction as well as team satisfaction goals and benchmarks

·       Able to analyze P&L, cash flow, inventory, wastage, and purchasing yields and provide insights

·       Proven ability to mentor and develop team members from entry level to professional level

·       A true heart for the elderly and a true heart for mentoring and developing teams

·       High-volume experience in upscale setting with 10 years or more of progressive growth in the field

Food and Beverage Director Responsibilities:

·       Full financial accountability for the division

·       Responsible for the dining experience of residents, visitors, and employees

·       Constant relationship building with all stakeholders and residents

·       Drive strategy for improvements both in quality and financial performance

·       Ensure cohesive teams and high team member retention
