Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor – What You’ll Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of a critical operations team, taking ownership of equipment reliability and technician performance in a heavy industrial setting. You’ll lead day-to-day maintenance activities, reduce equipment downtime, and create a safe, efficient work culture that thrives under your guidance.
Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor – What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in steel, heavy industry, or manufacturing
- Proven troubleshooting ability with mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Familiar with CMMS platforms for tracking maintenance activities
- CAD experience (mechanical) or PLC programming (electrical) is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to mentor technicians and drive accountability
- Track record of reducing downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance
