Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Must have at least 2-3+ years’ experience in high-volume F&B or restaurant operations
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food experiences, with a keen interest in food practices and trends
- Ability to work on weekends
- Working knowledge of managing budgets and P&Ls
- A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in a demanding, high-volume, high-standard environment
