Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- In-depth P&L knowledge and financial acumen
- High energy with a lead-by-example attitude!
- Developing the team by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
- Impeccable communication between the FOH and BOH staff
- Support the team in providing an exceptional guest experience
- Hands-on leadership approach
- A minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role in a similar environment
