We seek a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and guarantee that our residents receive exceptional care within our luxury senior living community. In the capacity of Director of Nursing, you will oversee all facets of nursing operations, guide a team of dedicated professionals, and ensure that our residents receive unparalleled care while upholding compliance with industry regulations.

DON Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active FL nursing license and AHCA core training certification
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or home health
- At least 2 years of experience in hiring and supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
DON Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical operations and uphold high-quality nursing care standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to promote excellence in care
- Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and inspection readiness
- Maintain open communication with residents and their families regarding care and services
- Implement and refine nursing policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
- Assist with budget management and resource allocation within the nursing department
