Regional Director of Operations – Lead the Way in Hospitality!

Are you an experienced leader in the hospitality industry looking to make a bigger impact? Join our dynamic and growing hotel management company as a Regional Director of Operations, where you’ll oversee multiple properties and drive excellence in guest satisfaction, team engagement, and profitability.

About the Role:

As Regional Director of Operations, you’ll be at the helm of 8–15 properties, working closely with General Managers and their teams to ensure each hotel operates at its best. This role requires extensive travel, offering you the chance to make a hands-on difference across our portfolio of Economy and Budget Extended Stay properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee property operations, ensuring all locations are fully staffed and meeting key performance metrics.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop management teams to excel in guest service, operational efficiency, and leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage property maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Results-Driven: Focus on achieving high guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance across all properties.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hospitality Experience: 3+ years as a Hotel Manager in a limited-service hotel, with at least 5 years of regional management experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, with strong communication and follow-through.
  • Flexibility: Must be available to work any shift and travel extensively.
  • Certifications: Current ServeSafe card or willingness to obtain one.
