Quality Manager – Manufacturing | Chicago, IL (Onsite)
$100,000–$120,000 + Full Benefits
A growing manufacturer of industrial safety equipment is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and elevate its quality function. This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility and the chance to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead implementation of a new QMS (1Factory)
- Formalize quality systems and inspection processes
- Supervise and mentor QC engineers, technicians, and inspectors
- Use tools like CMMs and vision systems for inspections
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing
- Leadership experience in a QC/QA environment
- Strong working knowledge of inspection tools and quality documentation
- Experience with QMS platforms (1Factory a plus)
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Quality, or related field
