Restaurant Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Experience in breakfast concepts, servant leadership, and long-term tenures are highly valued
- Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and implement training programs
- Manage all P&L tasks, including but not limited to managing funds, media, receiving shipments, inventory, order placements, and payroll
- Proficient in intermediate computer skills and software knowledge
