Restaurant Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Experience in breakfast concepts, servant leadership, and long-term tenures are highly valued
  • Conduct interviews, hire new team members, and implement training programs
  • Manage all P&L tasks, including but not limited to managing funds, media, receiving shipments, inventory, order placements, and payroll
  • Proficient in intermediate computer skills and software knowledge
