We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Plant Manager to optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations at our Houston facility. As a fast-growing consumer brand, we produce and fulfill products for gardeners nationwide through e-commerce and retail channels.
In this key role, you'll drive operational excellence, streamline fulfillment, and scale production to support our rapid growth. If you are successful in scaling consumer brands and leading end-to-end operations, we want to hear from you!

Plant Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Mid-to-expert level proficiency in Excel, with the ability to quickly build models and reports.
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new systems efficiently.
- Demonstrated multitask experience in cross-departmental stakeholder management, particularly with sales and supply chain teams.
