A Hotel Director of Revenue is needed for a multi-property client in Northern Michigan. The right candidate will be responsible for maximizing a property's revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and forecasting. They analyze market trends, oversee distribution channels, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive profitability. If this is you, read on!

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Planning: Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with business objectives, including pricing models, market segmentation, and sales optimization.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform revenue strategies.
- Revenue Forecasting: Create data-driven revenue forecasts based on historical trends, market insights, and sales performance.
- Pricing Optimization: Implement dynamic pricing strategies across products, services, and customer segments to maximize revenue and maintain profitability.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance sales effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and align revenue initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key revenue metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, customer acquisition costs, and average revenue per customer to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure revenue strategies align with the overall business plan.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire revenue cycle, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the hotel industry managing multiple units.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and pricing optimization.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in revenue management software, property management systems (PMS), and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales and revenue teams.
- Travel frequently to nearby locations.
- Travel to southern state location when needed (20-25% travel)
