We are actively seeking a skilled Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team in Florida. This opportunity offers structured mentorship, a supportive, collaborative work environment, and direct collaboration with experienced partners who handle complex litigation matters for diverse clientele, including hospitality companies, real estate developers, property owners, general contractors, and Fortune 500 corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and motions, conduct thorough legal research, and support litigation at all stages.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Advise clients strategically on various business disputes, including breach of contract, commercial disagreements, partnership disputes, and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to develop effective litigation strategies and provide exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of business or commercial litigation experience, including federal litigation experience.
- Superior academic credentials, with exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Must be an active member in good standing of the Florida State Bar.
- Federal clerkship experience is highly preferred.
