We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Intake Receptionist to join our Houston office. This role is fully onsite and requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, assessing and directing intake calls.
  • Manage new and existing client inquiries, ensuring a seamless intake process.
  • Provide backup receptionist support for the firm, including a separate AI office.
  • Greet and assist clients and guests, setting up conference rooms for meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Assist with various office and administrative tasks, including supply ordering and vendor coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a civil law firm, preferably in plaintiff personal injury.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with Filevine is a plus.
  • Previous receptionist experience with heavy phone call activity is highly preferred.
  • High school diploma required; additional legal or administrative training is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
