Looking for a dynamic personality to lead the delivery of exceptional service to our guests. If you place service above all things, we want to speak with you. We need someone who is not only a magnetic presence at the door but also a mentor to our service staff. It would be required to have experience with fine dining. Responsibilities:

  • High level of TLC for VIP and regular guests
  • Sole responsibility for the service delivery on the floor of the restaurant
  • Develop, write, and execute standards of service
  • Train and hold accountable managers and staff for delivering exceptional service
  • You lead by example! You are constantly on the floor during meal service walking the talk.

Director Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of managing the service experience in a hospitality environment
  • Steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with the Kosher customer is a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a strong service culture
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
