A respected engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead technical teams and oversee site design, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and construction observation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong CADD skills, capable of producing final deliverables and managing project quality from start to finish.

Civil Engineer Project Manager – Requirements/Qualifications:
- Florida Professional Engineer license required
- 6–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Experience in land development for commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design tools
- Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting processes
- Executive presence and professionalism to interface with clients
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team
Civil Engineer Project Manager – Responsibilities:
- Produce plans, specifications, and final construction deliverables within schedule and budget
- Lead technical teams and conduct thorough quality reviews
- Mentor team members on design procedures, regulations, and engineering practices
- Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC standards, and project specifications
- Communicate with clients to assess needs and deliver results
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers across disciplines
- Identify and support business development opportunities
