A respected engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager to lead technical teams and oversee site design, utilities, stormwater, permitting, and construction observation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong CADD skills, capable of producing final deliverables and managing project quality from start to finish.

Civil Engineer Project Manager – Requirements/Qualifications:

Florida Professional Engineer license required
6–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience
Experience in land development for commercial, industrial, municipal, and institutional projects
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design tools
Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting processes
Executive presence and professionalism to interface with clients
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team

Civil Engineer Project Manager – Responsibilities:

Produce plans, specifications, and final construction deliverables within schedule and budget
Lead technical teams and conduct thorough quality reviews
Mentor team members on design procedures, regulations, and engineering practices
Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC standards, and project specifications
Communicate with clients to assess needs and deliver results
Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers across disciplines
Identify and support business development opportunities
