We are looking for someone to join a growing concept as a Restaurant Assistant General Manager. This position is the face of the restaurant and needs to be a polished leader from a quality, full-service brand. A high-energy personality is critical to fit with this culture, so we are looking for someone that has a true PASSION for hospitality!
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- A background in polished-service brands is critical to success with this brand, as is great attention to detail in steps of service, guest satisfaction, and food quality
- Exceptional leadership qualities and strong knowledge of restaurant P&Ls are paramount to success
- High-energy and results-motivated Restaurant Manager
- Experience working with industry-leading brands in a quality dining atmosphere
- Coach and Teacher mentality to inspire great results
- Attention to detail in running our systems-driven restaurant
- Must be able to train out of town for 4-6 weeks
