Project Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Project Manager Benefits:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
  • Lead teams through effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilize project management software such as MS Project & Viewpoint
  • Navigate self-performed work in concrete, carpentry, and structural trades

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing $35M+ projects
  • Background in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction
  • Strong knowledge of self-performed work (not development-only backgrounds)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
