The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading both front and back-of-house teams to deliver top-tier service, operational efficiency, and a guest-first culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong financial acumen, and experience managing a full-service, upscale dining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations
Maintain and elevate guest experience, service standards, and team engagement
Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and development of staff
Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and analyze P&L reports
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to support marketing, events, and community outreach
Foster a positive, team-driven workplace rooted in professionalism and hospitality

Qualifications:

5+ years of current/recent experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in full-service or fine dining restaurants
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Demonstrated success managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ability to balance guest satisfaction with business goals and operational excellence
Positive, hands-on management style with strong communication skills
High level of professionalism and a passion for hospitality
Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
Experience managing special events, off-site catering, or outdoor dining concepts is a plus
