We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team and help drive success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love leading a team, this is the opportunity for you!

Assistant General Manager-What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage inventory, labor, and cost controls to optimize profitability
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success

Assistant General Manager-What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience ($3MM+ in annual sales volume)
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
