One of Austin's premier upscale restaurants is looking to hire an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about their craft, is not afraid to work hard in this dinner-only concept, and desires to grow to GM down the road. Must have high-volume, scratch, farm-to-table, experience.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations while reporting to the General Manager
  • Excel in guest relations – table touches and regulars and create a memorable experience for all guests
  • Train, develop and mentor the team

Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years management experience in fine dining, or farm-to-table
  • Sales volume of $3 million or more annually
  • Strong leadership qualities and love to train others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment
