Seeking a Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager in Cincinnati! This role ensures excellence in product quality, guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance. General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
- Minimum of two years experience in fast-casual, drive-thru experience as General Manager
- Hire, train, and develop a team, ensuring accountability and a strong culture
- Oversee inventory, budget, scheduling, and overall restaurant performance
- Ensure exceptional service and quality food presentation
- Execute corporate/local marketing plans & maintain community focus
- Maintain profit & loss accountability, meet EBITDA targets, and control expenses
