Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years as a GM in the hospitality business, hotels, buffets, and contract food service is a plus!
- Experience with high-volume scratch kitchens
- Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of all staff functions
