THIS POSITION IS IN NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND

We are a growing company looking to hire an Executive Sous Chef for one of our well-known upscale restaurants! We are looking for someone who is passionate about a team environment and thrives in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. Seafood experience is a plus

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Training and developing team members
Be the go-to BOH person, following the Executive Chef
Lead by example
Calm under pressure

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

3+ years in a similar role in a scratch kitchen environment
High volume experience
Upscale background preferred
