We’re seeking a dedicated leader to oversee clinical services for students within a private school.
Clinical Director Responsibilities:
- Provide overall clinical leadership through behavior analytic services while mentoring your team in best practices.
- Add value to a culture of continuous improvement, development, and innovation.
- Supervise and support clinical staff while adding value to their professional growth and providing feedback through performance evaluations.
- Train and support educators on updated principles.
- Observe and assess student needs to make recommendations to classroom strategies.
- Utilize data to evaluate student progress and determine plan modifications necessary.
- Provide crisis support and interventions as necessary as well as refine protocols.
Clinical Director Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in education; PHD preferred
- BCBA or ABA experience
- 5+ years of clinical experience with children in a school setting
- Experience overseeing clinical teams
